New Open Source Project from InfluxDB
InfluxData, the makers of InfluxDB, will be announcing a new open source project related to and paired with InfluxDB the week before this conference. This talk will cover the details of the project, how it relates to InfluxDB and go over the API, performance characteristics and implementation details. The project is built in Rust so I’ll also be talking about why we chose Rust as the implementation language. It should be interesting for anyone tracking metrics, events, or time series data at scale.
