When will the conference take place?

stackconf 2024 takes place on June 18 – 19, 2024 in Berlin.

How can I register for stackconf 2024?

Registration needs to be done at our ticket page.

How do I transfer my ticket to another person?

In your order confirmation and your payment confirmation emails you can find a link to your order details page. Use the change details button in the “Ordered Items” box to change the attendee name.

A ticket is only valid for one person and cannot be shared.

What if I have additional questions?

Please submit any additional questions to events@netways.de and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Is there a deadline for submitting a paper?

You are welcome to submit your proposal until March 31.

How do I submit my proposal?

You are welcome to submit your proposal by using the form at https://stackconf.eu/propose/
You can chose from the three different lecture formats!

How do I know if my session has been selected?

In any case, we’ll get back to you via email. No matter if your presentation was accepted or not.

When does the content of my session need to be ready?

Your short session description needs to be published online when the final agenda is set at latest. When you submit your proposal please keep in mind to get readers interested in your session and make them come and see you talk. Keep the description short (500 characters) but pack the most important points / questions into it.

Do I get free admittance as a speaker?

Yes, of course!

Will you cover my travel and accommodation costs?

As a speaker, you will receive full board as well as complimentary accommodation during the conference at the venue.

I’ve already bought a ticket. As a speaker, will I get a refund?

Yes, you will!
