FAQ – stackconf 2020
Is stackconf cancelled?
No, stackconf isn´t cancelled. Because of the developing situation of COVID- 19 (coronavirus) stackconf 2020 will take place as an online conference. The health, wellbeing and safety of our attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff and everyone else involved is our top priority.
When does the conference take place?
stackconf 2020 will last one day longer now from June 16 -18 (CET/MEZ) in order to offer all talks in one single track. This makes it much more comfortable as no decision which talk to join in is necessary.
How will the online edition work?
To avoid any problems during a live online presentation all talks will be recorded in advance. During and after the presentations all speaker will be available on chat for any questions you might have.
What happens to tickets already purchased and paid for?
We will of course refund the difference to the online ticket. In case of non-participation we will refund the amount to the original payment method.
When and how are tickets already purchased refunded?
Tickets will be refunded to the original payment method within the next few days after we received your feedback how to proceed.
If I have purchased a ticket „GENERAL RELEASE PLUS“ (incl. accommodation), do I have to cancel something myself?
No you don´t have to cancel something. We will certainly take care about it.
