What is stackconf?

stackconf is a conference focused on open-source infrastructure solutions, modern IT stack automation, and innovative software development. It brings together experts, engineers, and IT professionals to discuss cutting-edge technologies.

When will the conference take place?

stackconf 2026 takes place on April 28 – 29, 2026 in Munich.

Who should attend stackconf?

Anyone interested in cloud computing, DevOps, automation, container, CI/CD, and modern IT infrastructure. This includes developers, system administrators, software engineers, and decision-makers in the IT industry.

Tickets and Registration

How can I register for stackconf 2026?

Registration needs to be done at our ticket page.

Are there any early bird or group discounts available?

Yes! We offer early bird pricing for those who register in advance, as well as discounts for groups. Check our pricing section for details.

How do I transfer my ticket to another person?

In your order confirmation and your payment confirmation emails you can find a link to your order details page. Use the change details button in the “Ordered Items” box to change the attendee name.

A ticket is only valid for one person and cannot be shared.

Is accommodation included in the ticket?

No, accommodation is not included. Our hotel recommendation is available in the location section of the landingpage.

Are food and drinks included with my ticket?

Yes! Your ticket includes food and drinks throughout both conference days. You’ll be welcomed with coffee and light breakfast snacks, followed by a variety of delicious options for lunch, coffee and cake breaks, and a delightful dinner on the first day.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Ample parking spaces are available in a public car park opposite the venue.

Alternatively, you can use the parking garage at Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich, which is located nearby.

Is there a deadline for submitting a paper?

You are welcome to submit your proposal until November 30, 2025.

How do I submit my proposal?

You are welcome to submit your proposal by using the form at https://stackconf.eu/propose/
You can chose from the three different lecture formats!

How do I know if my session has been selected?

In any case, we’ll get back to you via email. No matter if your presentation was accepted or not.

When does the content of my session need to be ready?

Your short session description needs to be published online when the final agenda is set at latest. When you submit your proposal please keep in mind to get readers interested in your session and make them come and see you talk. Keep the description short (500 characters) but pack the most important points / questions into it.

What technical requirements are there for speakers?

Speakers should provide their presentation slides in advance and use a laptop with HDMI support. We will provide microphones and projectors at the venue.

Do I get free admittance as a speaker?

Yes, of course!

I’ve already bought a ticket. As a speaker, will I get a refund?

Yes, you will!
